Christmas Delivery Information

The Royal Mail deadline for First Class deliveries within the UK is Tuesday 20th December 2011. Unfortunately we are now unable to deliver to addresses outside the UK before Christmas.

We will endeavour to get all orders placed before mid-day on Thursday 22nd December 2011 delivered to you in time for Christmas by using a next day courier for all orders** placed after mid-day on 20th December 2011.

At the time of publishing (15th December 2011), we have spoken to our couriers, and they have assured us they will do everything within their power to ensure that all orders made before 12:00 on 23^rd December will be delivered to you in time for Christmas – but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed if delivery routes to your area are impassable as a result of snow and ice.

** A signature will be required at the delivery address. Please refer to the geographic exceptions mentioned in the summary below:

Summary:

All orders (for UK delivery) placed before 12:00 on Tuesday 20th December 2011 will be sent by First Class Royal Mail Recorded Signed For.

Orders placed between 12:00 on Tuesday 20th and 12:00 on Thursday 22ndDecember 2011:

For delivery in mainland England, Wales and select Scotland postcodes*, orders will be sent by next day courier. *Scottish postcodes included: AB10-AB36, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, ML, PH1-PH14, and TD.

For delivery in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Scottish postcodes not mentioned above, orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Orders placed after 12:00 on Thursday 22nd December 2011 will be despatched as soon as possible, but delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
